How
do I get started?
The
first step is to fill out the "Request a call back" section on our Contacts page.
We will have somebody call you as quickly as possible. This
way, you know we're real people, and you can have that much more trust
in the process. During this initial call, we'll walk you through a very
simple (5 minute or less) process to get us connected to your server or
workstations, and we will install a small software agent on any machines
you want set up. After that, it's all behind the scenes. You can call
us if you ever want to; we're more than happy to talk, but it won't be
necessary.
How
can you charge such a low cost, and still monitor 24x7x365?
We're
robots, so we never need sleep. Seriously though... we have a full
staff of folks who have found very efficient ways of remotely
monitoring servers and computers. We're good at what we do; that's
really all
there is to it.
What
are the hidden costs?
What
hidden costs? If it's not on this website, it doesn't cost you
anything. Our goal is simple. We want to monitor and protect your
network, watch for problems, fix them for you and make
your company run more efficiently using the technology you've already
invested in.
What
if an issue cannot be fixed remotely?
Many
issues simply cannot be fixed remotely. If a computer, or part of a
computer, should stop functioning properly, and we cannot resolve the
problem remotely, you will need a local resource to come to your
facility. If we happen to have a local resource, we will be sure to let
you know, but the services we provide are predominantly pro-active; we
watch for pitfalls and issues to *prevent* them from occuring. Hardware
failures and other problems sometimes just can't be stopped, and for
that you will need a local consultant to come out.
What
other questions should be here?
That's
us asking you, not the other way around. If there is anything *you*
want to know, please click on the CONTACTS button and drop us a line.
If your question is good enough, we'll post the answer right here. (If
it's not, we'll reply to your email right after laughing at you for
asking.)
